找了半天，最后到了ntu Graduate Scholars 那边去了，ｅｍａｉｌ：[email protected].
需要很多材料：
1) your past and current employment letter, stating the commencement date and last day of your employment, sign by the relevant personnel on company’s letter head.
2) CPF statements.
3) IR8A forms and Income Tax documents for all the years of employment since graduated from NTU.
4) A copy of your NRIC and passport.
有点儿坑人， cpf contribution 最多有过去５年的， iras也只提过过去３年的income tax assessment letters. 别的还在搞．
