Job Description:
» Responsible for co-ordination of engineering-based project activities including material planning, procurement, project scheduling and documentation
» Review technical specifications, co-ordinate with the Engineering Department on the systems design and purchase the required items in accordance to the customers’ specifications
» Be a primary interface with suppliers on all project-related procurement issues which include sourcing and evaluating quotations in order to obtain best terms and competitive prices
» Co-ordinate and communicate project deliverables and cost requirements to the respective project key personnel so as to meet the tight project schedule in a quality and cost effective manner
» Provide administrative support to the P&E Dept. Head and assist in all project-related documentation
Requirements:
» Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation
