Operations Officers
You will be responsible for the daily operational activities/transactions/facilities and ensuring that it is properly authorised. In addition, you will manage and monitor costs, as well as implement measures or process improvements to increase productivity. Your duties also include analysing management information system data and management reports, monitoring daily activities and exception reports to minimise error rates, and ensuring compliance to HSBC Group procedures and guidelines. You will be responsible for maintaining the section’s high standard of customer service delivery by meeting Service Level Agreement timelines, as well as building close rapport with customers and pre-empting customer service needs.
