The International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) is an internationally recognised qualification that enables people to demonstrate their competence in computer skills.

As a result of strong growth and increasing demand for ICDL in the Asia Pacific region, ICDL Asia Pacific Ltd. (www.icdlap.com) has been established to develop and support the implementation of ICDL in the region. ICDL AP is now seeking highly dynamic individuals with strong qualifications and skills to be part of its Singapore-based team.


Executive Assistant

(1 position)


Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating and assisting with the business agenda of top management;

2. Responsible for the general arrangements of business meetings, conferences, regional training sessions and visits;

3. Collection, filing, archiving and maintenance of all employees HR files, in paper form and electronically;

4. Organising and coordinating corporate recruiting process and collecting recruiting information and materials;

5. Drafting and revision of general business documents and correspondence with regional and global partners;

6. Procurement of general office supplies and collection;

7. Dealing with registration, modification, annual check and auditing of relevant corporate legal and/or business documents;

8. Keeping basic accounting journal entries;


Desired Profile:
1. University Degree or higher;

2. Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a similar position;

3. Excellent command of English and one additional Asian language, Mandarin preferred;

4. Strong sense of responsibility and business mind;

5. Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and coordination skills and ability of handling daily routine and emergencies alike;

6. Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications;

7. Knowledge of a basic accounting software (e.g. MYOB) will be a plus.
