You will assist your Section Manager to perform the duties and responsibilities as an Engineer in the Section. This would include issue of work orders, inspection of work done, supervision of manpower, ensure compliant with safety requirements, and so forth.
我是一个普通的女生，有过工厂的经验。可是shipyard那种全是男人的地方，我一个女生要去supervision of manpower, ensure compliant with safety requirements， 做得来吗？
比较吸引的地方是，management trainee。
其他的工作也不知道有没有更好的。
我比较喜欢有挑战的，不喜欢呆在office画图纸，但也有点担心在male(low eduacted)environment里面的不适应。
