同样的遭遇～ 等了两星期了，打电话过去HR说什么要上级approve，会联系我的云云，然后就一直没消息...巨郁闷！：（

After the manager said ""welcome aboard!" to me,
I still waited for almost 2 months before they prepared appointment letter.

Sometimes they do have some concerns or small procedural stuff to settle.

Not all the companies are like this. At least MOTOROLA is not.
Their HR didn't call me or give me any letter. Then I roughly can guess the outcome already. But since they didn't inform me officially that i was rejected, so i still called their HR almost very day. They kept saying still in progress. So funny.

In the end, they didn't inform me anything.
