小伙这么急干什么啊?
等我去考察了再告诉你。。哈哈
coming!
The turn over rate in semicon is very high.
Actually, if you are just a fresh graduate, which company you join is more or less the same, since the starting pay for fresh grad is the same. The most important is to get a more marketable position which give you more advantages for your future job change.
My suggestion is that :
--> go to different company's website, figure out which position is the most wanted one, then send your resume
After 1-2 years, you will have enough negociate power.
Within these few years, there will be a few new fabs built up. With your experience, go to be the pioneer for the new fab. That could be a ideal choice.
For the Chemical Industry, don't trust the rumors of high salary for EXXon and Shell. My friend got offer, it's even lower than semicon.
If you want big money, go for banking! Otherwise, semicon could be a quite stable job. (Cannot be bloody rich, but definitely you will have enough money to buy bread)
