哪些专业比较好？

有个朋友的孩子要被MOU招来了，可以选择以下专业．大家评评哪些专业比较好（从今后就业的角度），个人觉得Science　的Mathematics and applied Mathematics　和 statistics　不错．希望大家只讨论专业和就业，抛开个人的努力和运气. 谢谢！

应该是electrical engineering就业面比较广。软硬件均可发展个人意见

There is no good or badAs the job market is always changing the demand and supply.  Nobody can tell what will happen after graduation.  Trying to guess this is somehow like buying lotteries.An example can be in year 1999 a lot of best guys and girls squeezed in school of computing because the blooming job market on computing, and in 2003 graduation there are quite a big ratio (40%? or even more) can not find job after 3 months of graduation.

要说吧也是我的一个新加坡同事本来是micro-e的，fyp做 power eletronics的fpga，工作找了embedded software。我觉得有点&ldquo;特例&rdquo;了国大的EE包括1，communication & RF, 2 computer engin, 3 control, 4 micro-e, 5 power.我知道的人里，今年2，4就业容易。还有就是在新加坡，做硬件的工作似乎不多。个人观点，欢迎补充
