我是一名协调员，在Tan Tock Seng Hospital 协助医生recruit Systemic Lupus Erythematous (SLE, 又名红斑狼疮症 ) patient for cohort study.
目前，此研究需要征求健康人士（control subjects) 来作为真实对照。参与者将会被抽取血液样本来作为DNA基因与分子结构研究。

Purpose of the Study
To build up a reference collection of blood so as to find out how the cells of SLE patients differ from normal people (control subjects) in terms of genes and molecules expressed
Recruitment of Control Subjects
Samples requirements:
20mL of blood
20mL of urine
Size of control group: 100
Inclusion Criteria:
--Sex : Female
--Race : Chinese
--Age group : 21 – 45 years old
--No family history of any auto-immune diseases
--No medications
--Absence of any illness for the past 6 weeks
Participant will be issued S$20 for transport reimbursement.
