FX (Forex) Customer Service Representatives/Officers
Job Description
Use an intelligent soft sales approach to communicate the benefits of OANDA, FXtrade platform, and the FX market to perspective clients
Provide product training & education to direct clients via online tool
Perform client servicing and relationship management
Provide support to marketing and public relation
Develop new opportunities within existing client base.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Banks or Brokers
CMS FX license holder is preferred, or you should have the pass of the required CMFAS exam for leverage FX trading
North American working experience is a plus
Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Think quickly and problem-solve in real-time
Follow economics, international finance, foreign exchange and international news events
Good command of English and ZHONGWEN中文 (Chinese) together with confidence and flair, ZHONGWEN中文(Chinese) typing skill is essential
Deep understanding of E-trading- Demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events
Singaporeans, Singapore PR or existing Employment Pass (EP) holders are preferred
