我在NTU上面发现了这个项目，是由NTU和英国曼彻斯特大学合办的，针对PM和想到成为PM的人开设，但是学费很贵很贵，网页也不是开在土木学院下面的，请华新的TX们给我点意见

Courses & Duration :
The unique feature of this joint MSc PM is the self-paced, internet-enabled, modular, blended-learning. Intensive face-to-face events will be organized every semester during which keynote speakers will deliver seminars, course assignments will be discussed and candidates will be prepared for the semestral exams. Students in this programme have to fulfill 30 Academic Units (AUs) by completing eight mandatory courses (3 AU each) and a mandatory dissertation (6AU).

Duration : Each academic year comprise two semesters. Students can complete the entire programme within three years by taking a maximum of two courses per semester and undertaking the dissertation at the start of Year 3. The maximum candidature is six years.
