Dear Mr. Chung
I saw a type of smart TV at one shop at its promotion period. The salesman said he will give me some pairs of additional 3D glasses. So I bought the TV. But later when I check with him, he only say try his best to get that. Now the TV has been delivered to my house but I have not got the additional 3D glasses.
How to tackle with this problem or this kind of salesman? By legal means ? Or is there any customer's society which I can complain to ?
