General Description of Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver service actions for Network Product Line services
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- Provide on-site field support to resolve network equipment failures
- Improve quality of services and stability of the Access networks
- Pre-Sales technical support, such as UAT work for new and current network devices.
Candidate Requirement
Basic Requirements :
- Degree in Networking , Tele-communications, Computer studies or related fields with
- Strong technical knowledge in Networking
- Familiar with some of IP/TCP,VLAN,XDSL,VOIP,SDH,DWDM,OSPF, or BGP technologies ;
- Experience in Telecom advantage (Fresh Graduate will be considered)
- Resourceful with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Willing to standby to troubleshoot faults during out-of-office hours
- Excellent team player in cross-functional environment
- Must be proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
