两件事分别属于合同法和侵权法的范围。两者其中之一成立,management就需要负责

第三,建议您查清具体漏水的原因,也许会有其他的被告可以一起列入。
第四,如果损失超过10000元,反而请慎重。新加坡不请律师上法庭,对面却请了律师的,赢面非常低。但是律师费一个案子基本上5位数上下起跳。
3) I face the potential safety issue if rain water comes again and touch the sockets in my flat. Since it happens couple of times, whenever it rains, I feel worried about the water leakage issue and would ask for compensation for mental/spiritual damage. is it reasonable and supportable from legal viewpoint?
