韩国酸辣汤

没想到今天的酸辣汤费了偶好多tissue ：）呵呵，辣bugis seiyu B1 food junction 的 Korean Cuisine是那种放了很多辣椒粉/酱的、红色的，看上去很传统的泡菜酸辣汤内容很素：豆腐、粉丝、生菜、泡菜，好像可以要求加肉（beef or chicken)，当然也要加钱酸辣汤嘛，味道当然有一点泡菜的酸，不过更多的是辣，感觉对于平时可以吃微辣的人会特别辣，对于吃辣的人刚好，（对于吃特辣的人，就不知道这个算不算辣了？）新加坡也有很多日本菜的小饭店或者摊位，也有酸辣汤，不过因为海鲜汤头多，酸辣汤好像是不酸也不辣，或者说微酸微辣；而和四川酸辣汤的味道相比，感觉四川的是以酸为主，这个是以辣为主的。感觉还不错，价格是 $4.5 for soup, rice, kimchi + 小鱼干，当然，一个人一个口味，到底好不好吃，就看个人的评价了，呵呵：）

这个一定要顶！的确浪费很多tissue..如果不要吃那么辣的，可以吃拌饭，嘿嘿~~

hehe, 西风 come insome korean or japanese 摊位, when they sold out the noodles ( home made or bought), they will use instant noodles to replace, it does happeni met twice, once japannese once korean, both times i asked them why, they told me they had no more nooldes and since i ordered noodle not rice, they had to give me the instant noodles, -- what a reason!maybe your luck was not so good last time:(next time, double check with them if they still have noodle and tell them that you will not accept instant noodle ( hehe, you will hear - " oh, yeah, we never sell instant noodle, it is homemade, blar blar, :)

haha,偶拜日刚刚去吃过。真的很好吃哟。不过好像感觉超开胃，之后又去买了章鱼烧吃。
