DJ MARKET TALK: MS Starts Golden Agri-Resources At Overweight (2009-08-11 01:57:00)
0157 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Morgan Stanley initiates Golden Agri-Resources (E5H.SG) at Overweight, sets S$0.50 price target. Says palm oil company highly leveraged to positive crude palm oil price trend as is largest CPO producer in Indonesia with 98% of earnings from CPO plantations. Sees support for CPO prices from tight stock-usage ratio, possibility of El Nino weather pattern, which tends to boost prices, and supply constraints. Adds, valuation cheap vs regional peers, FY10 P/E ratio of 8.3X very attractive given high forecast earnings growth. But says company is high risk play as it shares ownership with bankruptcy victim Asia Pulp & Paper, has opaque disclosure, unsteady quarterly fundamentals, sub-scale and unprofitable China business. Shares +9.4% at S$0.465 vs STI +1.1%. (KIG)

大概懂100来只股票是做什么的，比较熟悉的有20来只，早上看看vol的第一面，就基本上有个感觉了。今早看到有3只棕油股冲到vol前面来，感觉轮到棕油股了，但没敢买， 等我上午见完老板回来，就长成这样了。
