真的觉得自己技术很行的话就别整天想着给别人打工
其实很多人不知道自己还差的很，自己的工作也许根本配不上那份薪水。
你能给公司挣一百万一年的话，你的工资必定超过十万。如果你真的有这能力，就不必管公司注不注重technique，因为那时候是工作来找你的，而不是你去找工作。

1) Dun expect too much from others, expect more from yourself first.

2) Most of the scientists din earn much, while I know someone who did, his name is Albert Einstein.

3) When repeating the same work too many times, difficulty turns to be easy and high technique become less advantage.

It is determined by the "real performance". Your performance is always measured not purely by the KPI revealed to you. And those not revealed are always the most important ones.
