INTTRA的背景：
INTTRA是由包括maersk sealand为首的6大海运公司联合投资开办的专为海运开发eCommerce Platform的软件公司。有点像Nokia, Sony等公司开办Symbian一样。主要为成员公司开发IT系统。他们的系统主要是大型J2EE系统，管理集装箱的分配，货物交递，用来让客户跟踪等等。他们最大的竞争对手是由APL（NOL？）等公司组成的GT Nexus。

工作要求：

The successful candidate will have excellent logic and problem solving skills and a drive to make a difference; must be creative, resourceful and innovative at tackling complex challenges in a timely matter.

The Applications Developer will be working closely with a tight development team to create high-performance enterprise server applications. Responsibilities include designing, development, testing and support of n-tier Java applications. The role requires effective interaction as a team player on large, cross-team initiatives.

Reports to: Applications Developer Lead

Job Requirements:

Mandatory :-

· Proficiency in the Design Cycle, particularly J2EE server application/database design

· Overall understanding of Development Models and Architecture

· Experience developing framework/reusable components using J2EE and related technologies

· Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience in Java, JSP and Oracle.

· Excellent Knowledge of database technologies and interfaces

· Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and demonstrate problem solving skills as well as resourcefulness in obtaining information

· Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

· Ability to work as a team member with limited supervision

· Must be flexible with the working hours due to the time difference between Singapore and our US office.

· May be required to travel to US for training.(这里提一下，只是may be)

· At least 5 years experience in J2EE environments. If less than 5 years, Java experience can be a substitute.

· Knowledge in Servlets, Struts Framework, EJB, Java Script, HTML and XML, .NET and/or MQ-Series is a plus

顺便说一下我的感觉：
有志于在logistics行业发展的同学，是个机会。如果有谁从PSA跳槽，绝对是advantage。team structure非常flat. 那个team lead常年在美国，新加坡这边under他有4个developer。他们的系统的主要部分已经完成，做的大多是enhancement和一些小project。不会像其他vendor类型的公司那样赶工，因为主要是为成员公司开发。不过还是非常追求productivity的，因为他们的bonus系统跟完成多少个project相连。现在好像有很多新的project进来，所以要再招大概7个人。最近已经招了5个。
