R&D Engineer
Responsibilities include:
Modeling and performing computer simulations for land/marine structures/mechanism
Developing a stand-alone computer code for force & motion predication for floating platform based on database or first-principle method
Designing and analyzing structural/mechanical systems
Innovative product development including conceptualization and prototyping
Requirements:
Degree/Master/PhD in one or more of the following:
- Civil & Structural Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Naval Architecture
- Offshore Engineering
Desired computer skills (not necessary for all):
- CAD/CAM e.g. SoildWorks/AutoCAD
- Finite Element Analysis e.g. NASTRAN, ANSYS or COSMOS
- Code Developing Tools e.g. MathLab/MathCAD and C++
