本人今年刚刚毕业 本着刚毕业还没把知识还给老师的原则 所以想申请下今年10月份的FEE考试 ---- Electrical Engineer
以下为问题，我已经给负责注册的负责人发了下邮件，下面也粘贴出来，希望懂得的人帮忙下下，先多谢了：
1. Qualification: since I am fresh graduate I would only have my official graduate certificate after my convocation, could I submit the graduate letter instead?
2. Postal address: Currently I am not in Singapore and I will go back early July and I will move to a new place for the work convenience. So could I change the postal address once I confirm my new address?因为其中申请的时候要填个地址，用来各种事情的通知，我的问题是我的地址目前还无法确定。因为为了工作方便，要搬家！
3.Pass type: Now I am holding Student Pass and offered a position at Land Transport Authority. I would obtain my Employment Pass around 14th July. Could I just submit the copy of Student Pass? Need I update PEB after I get my EP?
