You will join an exciting, dynamic environment where you will play a critical role in supporting the Business - working with a fun, international team of media, marketing, Internet and property experts!
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound clients calls – answer queries, sell the Company’s services and resolve customer services issues working with the technical and sales teams.
Manage sales order processing, tracking and reporting
Make calls regarding sales, customer services and payment issues.
Raise invoices and monitor/chase payments
Manage office administration e.g. petty cash, filing, office bills, mail, stationery, expenses, travel etc.
Candidate Profile:
Self-motivated and independent
Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing personality and a teamplayer
Strong customer Services and/or sales skills
Strong administration, attention to detail and organization skills - structured & methodical
At least 3 years work experience
Mandarin language skills would be an advantage
Ideally experience of working in a small firm within real estate, Internet, Media or Marketing industries would help but is not vital
Singaporean or PR
