想问一下大家关于给爸妈买的coQ10

如果给爸妈只是预防心血管疾病，应该买多少含量的，100mg还是200mg还是。。？

另外在vitacost上看到CoQ10 + Alpha Lipoic Acid + Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl -- 700 mg - 120 Capsules

这3样放在一起是不是比单独的coQ10更强效？
只是预防的话有必要吃这个吗？爸爸没啥问题，妈妈有轻微的高血压，血稠迹象，但是还不需要服药。
