check the contract if gst is included.
If you buy things in supermarket, gst is included in price.
but if you consume in restaurant , normally gst is not included in price.
So, you need to check contract. It can be argued before you sign the contract with agent.
If you are in good position in bargain ,
you can ask agent to absorb gst before you sign contract with agent.
seems you are just arguing
if you know a bit of today's market, how can a seller have a good position?

GST is legal requirement, unless your want to be illegal, GST MUST be paid.
The portion you can bargain is agent's commission, but no matter how much is the commission，you still have to pay GST!

我们当时就和中介提出gst他帮我们免了，他考虑了下同意了。不过我不知道要他要是不同意的话怎么办，是不是非得交，既然有不少人这么做，中介应该会考虑的吧？
