Mechanical Engineers (Analysis)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for structural, Thermal, Fluid Dynamic, Modal &Impact analysis of mechanical components and assemblies from concept through to production
Develop test and experimentation work to evaluate the design.
Responsible for the product validation and test setup.
Assist in the standardization of test methods and establish specification limits.
Conduct root-cause analysis; reduce design iterations in design improvement process.
Employ robust design methodology across a product assembly.
Conduct internal training for design engineers an analysis techniques and engineering best practice.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
Proficient in use of CAE applications such as ANSYS/MATLAB/MATHCAD/LABVIEW for structural, thermal, fluid dynamics
Familiar with statistical methods such as Measurement Systems Analysis
A sound understanding of materials, including plastics, elastomers, metals, composite
