The Board of Directors of Epure International Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce
that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 5 March 2010, all
resolutions relating to the matters as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General
Meeting dated 11 February 2010 were duly passed.
