Operation Executive (LAN Shop System)
Job Description:
- Member of the Channel Distribution team, focusing on a LAN shop management product that the company is rolling out in the region
- Be the domain expert of the product and provide technical training and assistance to overseas local office distribution and technical teams
- Follow up customers’ issues related to the product
- Provide on-site visit and customer support to the LAN shops when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder, major in computing or related discipline
- Good technical skills, knowledge in computer hardware and system installation is highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be willing to travel overseas
