照顾老板和他的黎巴嫩女友第一次在新加坡度周末，所以列出以下清单。

人家难得来旅游，又是浪漫刺激的F1之旅，所以推荐的都不是很便宜。不过老板曾经随手在机场为女朋友买两条swarovski项链，还非常得意地跟我说700新币而已，好便宜。。。。。。所以估计这些地方他绝对负担的起啦。:p


Local Food:

Lau Pau Sat (a hawker centre near Raffles Place MRT, a selection of food and the Satay on the street at night is very nice)

Jumbo Seafood Restaurant (East Coast Road), try the chilly crab and black pepper crab there!

Meritus Mandarin Hotel (try the famous Hainan Chicken Rice at the chinese restaurant there)

Riverwalk Tandoor (right opposite High Street Centre, a nice buffet style North Indian food restaurant)

Fusion:

My Humble House (Esplanade 2nd floor)

New Asia Bar (Top floor of Swissotel Stamford, don't try the food though, not worth the money, but it's nice place to hang out and experience the dynamics of Singapore night life)

Prime Society (Dempsey Hill, you need to ask the taxi driver to go to the top of the hill, opposite Ben & Jerrys. The steak there is very nice)

Brunch at Fullerton Hotel (only during weekend, nice champaign and loads of nice food, including lots of cheese!)



Western & others:

Dao Paolo's at Holland Village (Nice Italian food, try the pizzas)

Prego at Swissotel Stamford ground floor (Nice Italian food too)

Stamschit (sorry, i cannot remember how to spell it! It's German word) a swiss-german restaurant at Bukit Timah Road, next to sixth avenue. try the Pork Knuckle and cheese foundue!

Brazilian BBQ at Sixth Avenue

Chinese:

Ding Tai Feng (Basement of Paragon, a nice shopping mall too, try the famous Chinese Pork Buns)

Chuan Garden Restaurant (next to Chinatown MRT Exit A)

There is also one modern Japanese restaurant at ground floor of Grand King Corpthone Hotel, but cannot remember the name now...super nice food there, and must try the chocolate pudding!


Pubs:

Penny Black at Boat Quay (traditional Irish / British Bar)

Cafe Delmar at Sentosa Siloso Beach, very nice ambience!
