We are an early startup founded in the heart of the silicon valley California looking for an experienced and senior level web engineer to join the team. Responsibilities
- Perform architecture design and development of web based applications
- Lead the project team and coach junior team members
- Ensure the timely delivery of the product with high quality
- Participate in the product definition and high level company decision making process

Requirements
- MS in Computer or EE major
- 5+ years of web development experience with 2+ architectural design experience
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following technologies J2EE, PHP, HTML, JavaScript(jQuery, AJAX), web UI design, CSS, MySQL, Apache
- Experience or expertise in the following fields are plus audio and video communication, media streaming, networking.
- Track record of building a high traffic web site
- Love coding
- Good knowledge of system performance tuning
- Good leader and team player

mobile application development experience on iOS (iphone/ipad) and Android.

8，良好的领导者，有团队合作精神及质量意识;
9. 曾研发过iOS（iPhone /ipad) 以及android系统者优先
