Role Purpose:
Responsibility for building a global, fully tested and re-useable Order Management System (OMS) product and ensuring that it can be rolled out to multiple geographies.
Lead and manage the development of the Global OMS product as per the 3 year product roadmap
Manage a Product Development team comprising of system analysts, technical analysts and testers
Ensure that all OMS development meets the most up to date HSBC standards and industry standards
Principal Accountabilities:

Contribute to the definition of the long and medium-term product strategy and roadmaps.
