1) Please be updated that the Bank HSBC has released a loan package for residential properties (for both new purchase and refinancing) that is altogether attractive. Certainity one of the best terms we have seen in the market.
2) A loan package that offers 0.75% interest above Sibor for the entire loan tenure (example:for a 20 year loan tenure, there will be no increase in this 0.75% above Sibor interest rates throughout all of 20 years)
