DIRECTORS’ ATTENDANCE AT THE FORTHCOMING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Directors of Celestial NutriFoods Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that except for Mr Lai Seng Kwoon and Mr Loo Choon Chiaw, the Independent Directors of the Company, the rest of the Board members, namely, Mr Ming Dequan, Mr Zhao Xianghua, Mr Zhou Chuannong and Mr Ma Wing Yun Bryan will not be able to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at Falcon Room, Level 3 Laguna National Golf & Country Club, 11, Laguna Golf Green, Singapore 488047 on 26 April 2010 at 2.30 p.m.
