请教一下日本公司的公司文化， pro and cons.
华新上仿佛55参半（褒的贬的), singapore local forum has a rather negative review toward Jap MNC.
Those negative reviews are typically:
1, punctuality, lunch hour(strict), Annual Leave (有时不批）
2, little or no promotion and/or annual increment
3, lean in salary
4, endless OT (no OT pay in singapore, but has OT pay in japan, WTF....)
5, etc....
如果过了2面我还是会问问老板相应的问题， 不过不敢保证老板会说实话， 比如OT.. 而且有的问题也不能太直接
所以这里请广大华新筒子畅所欲言自己亲身的或听到的经历。。。
