The National Institute of Education invites individuals with a passion for web based software development to join Learning Sciences Laboratory as Part Time Programmer.
The project focuses on integrating modeling and visualization technologies for inquiry-based science learning in a newly established School of Science and Technology (SST) in Singapore. This is part of a continuous effort to use such an innovative pedagogy to support student learning in biology, chemistry and physics. Please contact Dr. Sun at

Requirements
Candidates should possess the following:
A Degree in Computer Engineering
High level of competence in Java programming
Good Communication skills
Fast learner
Have relevant work experience
Preferred:
Experience in the use of Google Web Toolkit (GWT)
Familiar with the SDLC and Rapid Application Development (RAD)
Can start ASAP within 1 month
Responsibilities
Be actively involved in some of the development of a web based learning platform.
