Our client is an established MNC providing automated test equipment and instrumentation software used in various industries.
Applications Engineer – RF Specialist
Key Responsibilities
· Create RF measurement algorithms for large sales opportunities using company’s software, C/C++ and .NET
· Work with Field Sales & Business segment teams to ensure customer success
· Share RF application knowledge with the ASEAN team
· Provide feedback to product development teams
· Provide excellent technical support and conduct professional technical training company’s products
· Assist in technical sales consultation and building of conceptual prototypes
· Preparation and participation in seminars and tradeshows
· Up to 25% travelling within the ASEAN region
Key Requirements
· M.S. in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Wireless Communications, or minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in RF Test & Measurement and/or RF System Development
· Strong background in RF theory and systems
· Strong software engineering skills
· Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
· Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
· Possess good presentation skills
· Meticulous, independent and efficient in executing and overseeing assigned projects
· Possess high level of initiative and drive for excellence
· Organized self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and within multi-disciplinary teams
