Responsibilities:
Analyze Customer business processes and requirements and propose appropriate solutions around Salesforce and other Cloud computing platforms
Support pre-sales activities with Sales team, helping them with preparation of proposals, estimates, solution presentations, demo setup etc.
Configuration and setup of business processes and functionalities on Salesforce CRM and other related platforms
Manage end-to-end customer engagements
Project and Account Management to ensure timeline delivery on customer engagements
Coordinate with development team on solution design and development, validation and roll-out
Requirements:
5+ years of overall experience in a Consulting and/or Business Analyst role
Strong Project and Engagement management experience
Proficient in CRM processes and delivering end-to-end business automation solutions around Sales and Marketing Automation, Customer Service etc
Good knowledge of multiple industries in terms of processes, methodologies and best practices
Experience in one or more CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Background in Software Development or Technical Analysis preferable
Techno-functional experience preferable
