BTO Launch Pricing Forecast Even though HDB has not announced the launch prices for the upcoming BTO exercise, we can forecast an estimate price range for each property type in the respective estates based on previous exercises.

These estimates take into account the prevailing CPF OA contributions, HDB's Additional Housing Grant (AHG) and loan interest rate.
Depending on your household income, a cash payment highlighted in red means that it may not be affordable for you to purchase that BTO.
Assumptions:
1. Buyers have sufficient savings for the 10% downpayment.
2. The monthly instalment is based on the maximum tenure of 25 years at HDB concessionary interest rate of 2.6% p.a.
3. Household income is based on two buyers, both aged 35 and below and their monthly income is not more than $6,000 each.
4. Does not take into consideration Special Housing Grant (SHG) for non-mature estates, where applicable.

(联合早报网讯)建屋发展局展开今年第二轮组屋销售活动,推出8748个组屋单位供买家选购。
这些组屋包括4802个预购组屋单位和3946个剩余单位。预购组屋分布在六个项目,分别位于非成熟市镇兀兰和义顺,以及成熟市镇比达达利(大巴窑)和芽笼。最便宜的二房式灵活单位售价(不含津贴)从7万3000元起跳,位于兀兰;最贵的三代同堂单位最低售价(不含津贴)则为62万2000元,位于比达达利。
符合条件的首次买家能享有高达8万元的购屋津贴,包括多达4万元的额外公积金购屋津贴,以及高达4万元的特别公积金购屋津贴。
建屋局今年总共将推出1万7000个新单位。本轮组屋销售活动本月24日截止申请。下一轮组屋销售活动会在8月,将有3850个武吉巴督和盛港的单位供买家选购。
