Assumptions:
1. Buyers have sufficient savings for the 10% downpayment.
2. The monthly instalment is based on the maximum tenure of 25 years at HDB concessionary interest rate of 2.6% p.a.
3. Household income is based on two buyers, both aged 35 and below and their monthly income is not more than $6,000 each.
4. Does not take into consideration Special Housing Grant (SHG) for non-mature estates, where applicable.

（联合早报网讯）建屋发展局展开今年第二轮组屋销售活动，推出8748个组屋单位供买家选购。
这些组屋包括4802个预购组屋单位和3946个剩余单位。预购组屋分布在六个项目，分别位于非成熟市镇兀兰和义顺，以及成熟市镇比达达利（大巴窑）和芽笼。最便宜的二房式灵活单位售价（不含津贴）从7万3000元起跳，位于兀兰；最贵的三代同堂单位最低售价（不含津贴）则为62万2000元，位于比达达利。
符合条件的首次买家能享有高达8万元的购屋津贴，包括多达4万元的额外公积金购屋津贴，以及高达4万元的特别公积金购屋津贴。
建屋局今年总共将推出1万7000个新单位。本轮组屋销售活动本月24日截止申请。下一轮组屋销售活动会在8月，将有3850个武吉巴督和盛港的单位供买家选购。
