Job Descriptions:
Being the voice of users within the company
Defining feature and design requirements and briefing design and engineering teams
Drawing wireframe for new features and existing feature enhancements
Working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations and Marketing) to identify opportunities
Ensuring products are delivered on-time and with high quality
Analysing product’s key metrics including user behavior, feature engagement and retention (for PM only)
Developing and prioritizing the product roadmap and product strategy (for PM only)
Requirements:
Love mobile apps.
1+ years’ experience in an interactive designer or product management role within the internet or mobile industries
Excellent interactive design capabilities and solid experience using a variety of wireframe tools
Familiar with at least 1 interactive design / wireframe tool., e.g., Axure, Balsamiq or Microsoft Visio etc
Good sense of functional and interface design, allowing you to work seamlessly with design team
Preferred:
Knowledge and experience in mobile technology.
Degree in Computer Science, Human Factors and UX Design
Fluent written and spoken English
Basic written and spoken Chinese
