Position 1: Equipment Senior Engineer or Engineer

(Dry Etch Module: Metal, Oxide, Poly Etcher or Resist stripper)
Job Description
As an Equipment Engineer or Senior Engineer in STM Singapore, you will be responsible to:

· Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
· Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.
· Establish effective preventive maintenance program me and troubleshooting guide.
· Setup effective detection and monitor system to prevent equipment excursion.
· Coordinate and drive new equipment hookup, startup and release.
· Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost
· Train, coach and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers and PM Technician in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill.
· Work closely with Process and production engineers to ensure key performance indices are met.

Requirements:
· Master / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
· At least 2 year relevant working experience. Diploma holder with >5years relevant experience will be considered too.
· Attention to detail and have good analytical and problem solving skills
· High commitment and good team player
· Ability to think out of box.
· Good communication and documentation skills

Position 2: Equipment Team Leader

(Dry Etch Module: Metal, Oxide, Poly etcher)

Job Description

As an Equipment team leader in STM Singapore, you will be responsible to:
· Independently lead, manage and motivate a group of Senior Equipment Engineers/Engineers
· Organizes and control budgets on tools, projects, materials and people.
· Liaise with external suppliers and professionals from other sites to provide opportunities and specific technical needs for the team.
· Report and present team results, executions and projections in all internal and external meetings.
· Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
· Establish optimum spares and consumables stock to support equipment maintenance.

· Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience is preferred. Diploma holder with >10 years relevant working experience will be considered too.
· Attention to detail and have good analytical and problem solving skills
· Strong leadership quality and project management skill
· Able to think out of box. Self-motivated
· Good communication and documentation skills

Position 3: Device/Yield Enhancement Engineer (2 openings)

The Job
· Drive and manage the continuous yield and quality improvement
· Monitoring of parameter test and wafer sorting yield with in-depth analysis using various statistical data analysis tools coupled with Semiconductor device and manufacturing process knowledge
· Work closely with process, product engineers and Division to fix the problem of low yield, poor quality and reliability issue.
· New products, technology transfer from sister fab and ensure successful production ramp-up with good yield, quality

Requirements
· Degree in Science (Physics), Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics
· Good knowledge and solid understanding of Semiconductor device physics and manufacturing process
· Good multi-tasking and problem solving skills using DOE and statistical analysis
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Preferably with minimum 2 years’ experience in semiconductor Process Technology, Process Integration, Product / Device engineering
