System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer


Responsibilities:
This is a role as part of the application implementation team working on deployment of financial services systems. This role will have the opportunity to work on an oversea assignment for projects and to experience working with international Clients and working teams. Candidate has to be dynamic and adaptive in working with people of different culture and able to learn fast on the technology and application aspects.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a University degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent At least 3 years of hands-on Java programming experience. At least 2 years solid experience in system analysis and provide support to Clients. Good analytical, documentation and communication skills. Knowledge and experience in financial services IT systems and business skill is a plus. Experience in complete SDLC of the project includes Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Support. Required technical skill(s) on Java, Crystal Report, PL/SQL, Oracle database and　 Weblogic/WebSphere. Willing to travel is a must. Candidate must be able to cope with tight project schedule and work under pressure to meet project deadlines. Able to work well in a project team and a team player with excellent Analytical and Problem Solving skills. Able to approach issues and projects with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, innovation and quality with minimum supervision.
