Senior/Software Engineer
Main tasks
New software feature design and implement for automation machine
Applications to enhance our product’s capability and improve performance
Work with product specialists, hardware and process engineers to develop new features
Software requirement analysis and documentation
Customer side Software issue support
Customer specic software requirement analysis
Debugging on machine if there is any software related issue
Using version control and issue tracking tool for software release management
Maintain & develop needed software tooling
Education
Bachelor/Master/PH.D degree of Automation, Mechatronics or Computer Science
Work experience
Minimum 3 years broad experience in SW design and implementation using C++ under windows environment
Experience in real-time/multi-tasking application development with practical work in the laboratory on machine and measuring technology
Knowledge of software process, quality(TDD), version control and testing methodologies
An understanding of mechanical systems, electronics or semiconductor packaging process and experience with Agile software development process will be an advantage


Senior/Software Test Engineer
Main tasks
Timing, sequence & process analysis with tools such as oscilloscope, multi meter, spectrum analyzer, High Speed Camera, SW tools (mainly self made tools)
Timing analysis of software sequences for reaction time optimization
Prepare test plans and procedure based on specication
Prepare analysis concepts and document all measurements & results
Confer with software engineers and others regarding test procedures and results to resolve problems
Create bug reports and follow through to closure
Analyse technical requirements/problems and propose corrective actions/solution
Provide technical support for the eld and customer site
Participate in software feature design review, prepare and publish test reports for major software releases

Main tasks
Development and engineering of mechatronic systems with focus on motion control systems for Die Bonders
Development in cooperation with other disciplines (mechanics, electronics, software, supply chain etc. in Singapore and Switzerland)
Co-Development with Besi Switzerland in conceptual and architectural design
Simulation, design, setup, programming, qualication and documentation of motion control solutions of Die Bonders
Development of test benches for mechatronic modules

Main tasks
1. General Process view
Responsible for Flip Chip and Epoxy process technology
Play a supporting role for Product management
Abstraction and analysis of processes on the machine

Senior/Mechanical Design Engineer
Main tasks
Create concepts for mechatronic systems (sub assemblies, assemblies) according to the required specication.
Do feasibility studies to provide eort and product cost estimation and risk indication to fulll the specication.
Abide design to cost principles in any aspects
Create 3D modules and BOM′s incl. 2D drawings following the BESI standards.
Mind safety and international machine product standards.
Initiate engineering change request and implement design changes.
Project coordination and time management for responsible topics

Senior/Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly)
Main tasks
Support CIP (Continuous Improvement Project) regarding manufacturing cost focus , assembling and test in team work with engineering
Support the outsourcing of CIP design to serial supplier and supports the supplier during the serial phase until phase-out
Supports global all modules and machine in serial status
Works close together with Besi APac and supports them regarding technical topics and quality issues
Dene needed test tools to ensure the required quality during production for CIP and running production
Purchase and build up of existing test systems & equipment to ensure serial production
Supports the purchasing department regarding CIP
