我是租客，提前解除合约究竟应该是什么后果？

现在是要提前解除租约。问问法律达人(@南洋暴雪) 究竟是什么后果。
　
不知道以前也没有人问过，新加坡的租约好像都是大同小异，同一个模版。我的租约，我从头看到尾，只看到了这一段关于租客提前解约的：
　
If this Agreement should be lawfully terminated by notice in writing by the Tenant before the expiry of the tenancy herein as aforesaid, the Tenant shall reimburse to the Landlord, in respect of the unexpired portion of the tenancy, a proportionate part of the commission of Dollars XXX 　(S$ XXX ), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax, paid by the Landlord to his real estate agent, XXX. The Landlord shall be entitled to deduct such refund from the deposit held by the Landlord.

那是不是说，就是赔偿房东他的中介费用的一部分就可以了（比如说，如果我合同履行了1/3，那我就赔偿他2/3的中介费用）？合约里也根本没有定义说什么是 'lawfully terminate this agreement'。那我只能理解成提前一个月给书面通知。

这里应该是双方同意中止不然只是你单方面终止

你有没有diplomatic clause就是正式约满前可以提前多久解约？如果有那一条就按照那个时间倒退。以我之前的情况为例，我们签的是两年，diplomatic clause表示最早可以满一年三个月走人，我们住了一年，所以按照合约，我们最多要付给房东接下去三个月的房租和9/24（9=24-15）的中介费。最后我们和房东好好谈了很久，尽量配合他的要求，而且因为我们把房子维护的特别好，房东答应只让我们赔一个多月房租+1/2的中介费。我当时只觉得是谢天谢地。

如帖所说，没有其它提到的关于提前搬走的部分我租约只1年。没有那个所谓的DC.
