求助，乘坐grab，发生交通事故，谁的责任

Question

下车的时候，grab司机把车停在路边（有黄线的位置）。我很糊涂，把对着马路中间的门打开准备下车。后面一辆宝马路过，grab车门把宝马的side mirror撞坏了。请问我应该承担全部责任吗？grab的司机说责任全部在我。我给了宝马司机两千块押金去修理。。

我怎么觉得是宝马的责任是宝马撞的你的门还是你的门刮的它的side mirror？就算不是宝马的责任也应该走司机的保险，然后由grab选择要不要追究坐车的人的责任，不过估计grab不会去追究的。

我觉得是你的责任宝马可能根本就没有想到有人会从那边开门。不过2千块真的太多了，让他给你看他修车的receipt，多的应该还给你。

lz肯定不常坐车，更别提驾车了。从左侧下车，下车前车门开个缝观察后方有没[&hellip;]有车上前，这种常识是必须要有的。还好人没事。lz负责是一定的了，但是grab driver没有提醒lz从左侧下车，而且停靠在双黄线也是要付一定责任的。anyway lz有钱人！！！2000！！！！太有钱了。我钱包里从来没有超过300.。。。
