To intepret drawings and perform measurement from drawings
Proficient in MS Excels and other measurement software
Quantify progress claim, variation orders, finalization of accounts and timely submit to main contractor
Coordinate with Main Contractor QS for settlement of quantities for both claim variation and finalization of accounts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
Architecture/Building, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience for Junior QS in Building Construction & Civil Fields.
Preferably Junior specializing in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Self-motivatived and able to work Independently.
Computer literate
Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
Full-Time position available.
Ideal if able to start work on May.
Working Locatioin : CC11 tai seng
Working Hours : 9am to 6pm ( Saturday - 9am to 1pm )
