虽然我是做网络的，但是也对Programmer的认证有过一些关注。

现在Python和Ruby比较吃香，你可以关注下Pyhthon的certificate program，分四级：1. beginning of Python, 2. getting more of Python, 3. The Python Environment 4. Advanced Python.

Ruby的话，目前只有一个认证：RACRP, 全名忘了。

另外甲骨文有JavaScript Developer Certificate 、Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer.

微软有ASP.NET MVC的认证,名字忘了。

获奖感言也发的差不多了，也许可以focus several things now
1. contract (especially on the T & C sections)
2. get to know more details of the country, city, university, and lab
3. get to know more details of the colleagues
4. go to ICA and check with officer on your SC citizen application, tell them you will move to SAUDI and stay there for at least 2 years
5. go to IRAS and check with officer on your local and oversea tax settlement, u may need fill up some of the forms on the site
6. spend more time with your CN family and SG family
