录取后银行会提供2个月的系统训练，然后根据级别分配客户。底薪4k to 5k+，提成结构在业界数一数二。职业发展方向是private bank RM。
要求本科毕业，英语流利，最少两年相关销售经验，熟悉包括unit trusts, bonds, structured notes, FX, treasury products and insurance products等理财产品。最好持有相关CMFAS paper qualifications or Finance related degree or CFA.
