PART TIME IT HELPDESK (Student Job)
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level IT support to internal staff; assisting users with problems, questions and requests.
- Manage all IT assets (Hardware tracking and Licenses-Compliance)
- Resolve any technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge in Windows based desktop maintenance
- Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking people.
