各位，问一下“Visa Application is withdrawn”是什么意思？我没withdraw啊

想给姥爷申请单次的entry visa，昨天提交的申请，今天结果是Visa Application is withdrawn。请问版上的大虾这是什么意思？我没withdraw呀！
