CPF里的DPS项目需要取消吗？（保险的一种）

DPC - Dependants' Protection Scheme - return of premium refund given to member earlier，
每年80%时间不坡上，cpf每年都扣保费，据说每个calendar year 186 days不在坡，这些保险都是无用的？请大神释疑。
