他家转singpost这段不太靠谱
上次我的转到singpost以后显示delivered,然而我并没有收到。写了一封信去singpost投诉,第二天又缓缓送来了……
他家policy 允许60天送到货,但是确要求用户在40天内联系-逻辑不对啊

look fantastic, beauty expert, hqhair这几个都是一家的,最近这几年一直都有在这个网上买东西,只碰到过一次东西没收到,找customer service非常爽快地就给退钱了。但是今年开始不太好,我觉得是singpost的问题,收不到的时候比收到的时候多。根据以往经验,2个星期就应该收到了,所以我都是从2个星期开始联系他们的customer service,一周不只一个message写过去,以前都说等30天,现在变成45天, 反正我就是一直写message过去讲我没收到,最后都给退款了,但还是有损失,汇率在那儿摆着呢。反正以后还是少买吧,累觉不爱啊。
另外,最近有一单escentual也没收到,联系customer service多加3英镑变成registered mail with tracking no重寄了, 6月的时候escentual还能寄香水呢,现在也不能了。
