他家转singpost这段不太靠谱
上次我的转到singpost以后显示delivered，然而我并没有收到。写了一封信去singpost投诉，第二天又缓缓送来了……

他家policy 允许60天送到货，但是确要求用户在40天内联系-逻辑不对啊

之前买付款用的是paypal, 因为看别的帖子没收到可以直接找paypal理论去

这网站没任何好印象
东西出现问题，直接甩我一个厂家网址，让我自己找厂家解决。说他们只负责销售不负责售后。反正我不会再在这个网站花一分钱

买过两次
倒是每次都很快，也没有任何问题，朋友也试过一次，都还好啊，下次看来要小心

那个什么英国的
beauty 网页我也经历过同样问题
所以我再也不网购了

我是一个月的时候发邮件了
然后东西收到，箱子都是湿的～～～～
NND我也不会再买它们东西了，还是美国网站靠谱，没收到再寄一次

她家最后就给我退钱了呀，不过我不记得我是多少天之后发的邮件了

look fantastic, beauty expert, hqhair这几个都是一家的，最近这几年一直都有在这个网上买东西，只碰到过一次东西没收到，找customer service非常爽快地就给退钱了。但是今年开始不太好，我觉得是singpost的问题，收不到的时候比收到的时候多。根据以往经验，2个星期就应该收到了，所以我都是从2个星期开始联系他们的customer service，一周不只一个message写过去，以前都说等30天，现在变成45天， 反正我就是一直写message过去讲我没收到，最后都给退款了，但还是有损失，汇率在那儿摆着呢。反正以后还是少买吧，累觉不爱啊。
另外，最近有一单escentual也没收到，联系customer service多加3英镑变成registered mail with tracking no重寄了， 6月的时候escentual还能寄香水呢，现在也不能了。
