Daily trade operations processing ( LC, Collections including payment )
Allocate and plan daily funding usages & utilise bank facilities to support base metals businesses ;
Ensure proper documentation and filling of all bank transactions;
Monitor daily cash position;
Follow up with banks’ KYC & credit review and credit insurance matter
Develop and maintain bank relationships
Other ad hoc projects and assignments as and when assigned
Requirements :
Min 1 year of experience in treasury & Trade Finance with a commodity house ,Base metals knowledge is preferred
2, Risk and business controller
Product Control:
Timely production of P&L and cash flow forecast, including trade and broker statement reconciliations.
Month End reconciliation of adhoc P&L to reporting ledger, Inventory and future trading volumes.
Month End analysis and commentaries of P&L and working capital.
Trade Support:
Provide quality business support to physical traders on trade execution
Build collaborative relationships with business partners and other key stakeholders to understand their requirements
Cost Control:
Participate in budget planning process and actively monitoring the actual results
Evaluate and ensure the organisation's financial strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines
Minimum 1 years experience in Controlling role
Past exposure in International trades is a plus
